getting ownership to what you believe in

Yesturday, i was in a meeting with members of Red For Danger pantsulas and we discussed about Sgoob Kwela Productions and they don't understand how i should run my production. Therefore, i tried to make them understand but they said i was angry but they don't realize they were angry at me for being with members in my production and they need to use them without my concern so we disagreed on the matter. They ask me if they discuss something concerning Red For Danger Juniors how who'd i respond when they come and changed what i did with the guys, so i said, "It wouldn't be a good thing cause i've been resposible for the juniors and they have to ask me first". They argued me that it seems as if they are my group not Red For Danger's i said okay i'll leave that to them cause it is like they are side-lining me therefore i should be released from my duties as a treasure and member of the organization. I indicated how they side-lined me by going to the dance manyano workshops by dicrediting me the oppotunity to go and attend twice, i counted to them but they don't take my story. I'll see them in other events when we meet again life goes on, i am pushing the new fronteir of Sgoob Kwela Pantsula Productions that consist of only females and one male which is me the Choreographer.
